Digital LED Indicator for EX-applications
LED-W11X
 

 

A new member of our indicator family is born. Now we introduce the ATEX-approved LED-W11X, which is a loop powered, Intrinsically Safe LED indicator for mounting in Ex-Zone 1 and 2.

LED-W11X is designed for field mounting and comes in a robust IP65/NEMA 4X housing. Pipe and DIN-rail mounting kits are available.
For direct input from a temperature sensor, an Ex-approved transmitter can be mounted inside the indicator.
Alternative installations are shown in Fig. 1 and 2.

Isolation Signal Splitter
IsoPAQ-32P


With the new Isolation Signal Splitter,
IsoPAQ-32P, we extend our current
product line of IsoPAQ.

IsoPAQ-32P is an isolation transmitter with single input and double outputs. It is powered by 24 VDC.
The input, the two outputs and the power supply circuit are electrically isolated from each other with a test voltage of 2.5 kV.

The main application is to split up a primary process signal, e.g. 4-20 mA or 0-10 V, into two isolated signals, which can be selected independently from the input signal.

The input/output combination is fixed and defined by the Part No.

  Profibus-PA transmitter for DIN-rail mounting


  PROFIPAQ-L has all the well known features of the in-head Profibus transmitter PROFIPAQ-H. PROFIPAQ-L comes in a DIN-rail housing with plug-in screw terminals for easy wiring and maintenance.

  PROFIPAQ-H and ProfIPAQ-HX are now available with ATEX approval for mounting in hazardous areas containing explosive dust.
  They are certified together with a range of different connection heads. PROFIPAQ-H/D can be placed in Dust Zone 22 and must be connected to a non-incendive or FNICO certified fieldbus system.
  PROFIPAQ-HX/D can be placed in Dust Zones 21 and 22 and must be connected to an intrinsic safe or FISCO certified fieldbus system.

  New transmitters for Pt100/Pt1000 sensors with
0-10 V output

To meet the requirements from primarily the HVAC market, Inor has developed two new temperature transmitters with 0-10 V output: APAQ-3HPT and APAQ-3LPT

  The transmitters work with 3-wire technique, meaning that the power supply and the output signal have a common zero connection. The transmitters are available with Pt100 or Pt1000 input. As for the other APAQ transmitters, the measuring range can be set. The accuracy is 0,15 % FS of adjusted range. The output is short-circuit proof and polarity protected.   
APAQ-3HPT is designed for in-head mounting. The moulded electronics allows for rough ambient conditions with temperatures -40 to +85 °C
(-40 to 185 °F).
   
APAQ-3LPT is the DIN-rail version designed for ambient temperatures
-20 to +70 °C (-4 to 158 °F).

  Local Indication in the Field

LCD-H20 for in-head mounting
  LCD-H20 is loop-powered, push-button programmable, 4-digit LCD display for mounting in standard connection head with glass window.
  LCD-H20 can be supplied as a separate indicator or as a package complete with an appropriate connection head. The voltage drop is only 2.5 V, and it is designed for ambient temperatures up to 70 °C.

  Forget Zener Barriers and Ex Power Supplies!

  Our new ATEX approved, 2-wire, universal temperature transmitter, IPAQ-22LX, does not need any Ex power supply or Ex barrier in the output loop. This and the fact that it is a 2-channel transmitter, help to reduce temperature measurement costs in an Ex environment.

  IPAQ-22LX is identical to the well-known IPAQ-LX in its functions, such as isolation, universal input, sensor matching, NAMUR compliance etc.

Special features for IPAQ-22LX
• Unique, cost-saving Ex installation

• 2-channel transmitter with separate circuits

  New Software CD

   INOR’s software for configuration of our transmitters has gone trough some modifications. The programs are now collected and delivered on CD. It’s also very easy to install the programs and to download them from the INOR website. The new programs run under Windows 95 and all the versions up to Windows XP.

New functions
 - IPRO 4.21 has been given new possibilities for linearization.
 - MePro 2.11 has a new user interface.
 - MinIpaq Soft 1.21 has new sensor types and can now easily correct for sensor inaccuracy and total errors (like the IPRO).
