INOR celebrates 80 years of innovation

INOR celebrates 80 years as a temperature specialist and innovator for the process industry. Along the journey, the company has built up a unique expertise in the market and is today represented in over 50 countries. With a long history of innovations, INOR’s ambition is to continue driving the development forward with a focus on customer benefits and user-friendliness.

A transmitter platform that sets new standards

In 1939, INOR began its long journey towards becoming specialists in industrial temperature measurement. From developing the world’s first head-mounted transmitter in 1974, INOR continues to drive the development forward. With the new innovative transmitter platform, INOR sets a new standard on the market through increased process control and more intuitive user experience.
With a number of new functions, INOR creates new ways of working with signal conversion. The focus has been on maintaining the high product quality and at the same time simplifying the everyday life of the end user.

The future is wireless

As part of the new platform, INOR has developed a wireless concept for configuring and monitoring the transmitters. By integrating the wireless technologies NFC and Bluetooth, INOR enables communication with the transmitter via a smartphone or tablet without having to remove the device from the process. A concept that has been greatly appreciated by customers.

– We are extremely happy and proud of our latest innovations. They show that we always have the customer in focus and that we are involved in driving the digitization forward, says Benny Björkander CEO of KROHNE INOR.
